Easing Hormonal Symptoms
The list of symptoms that can accompany hormonal shifts is a long one. It can include physical changes like breast tenderness, hot flashes, disrupted menstrual cycles, decreased or increased libido, and vaginal dryness. Emotional changes like depression and/or anxiety may be part of the experience. What once seemed predictable, like your menstrual cycle or mood, may now feel like a roller coaster.

Releasing Limiting Beliefs about What it Means to be a Woman
Through our lived experiences, it is not just the mind that remembers the experience. Your body holds the story, the memory, and the feeling. We develop beliefs based on our history. If the experience stays static in our body, we will build physical and emotional compensatory patterns to work around it.

How do you want to meet yourself in this present moment? What do you want for yourself? How can you reach your greatest good?
