Easing hormonal symptoms and embracing change through the flow of life as a woman.

Hormonal Transitions

For my female-identifying clients, I create an empowering space for them to honor their changing bodies by supporting them in easing their hormonal symptoms, releasing limiting beliefs about what it means to be a woman, and embracing this new phase of their lives.

Meeting you wherever you are on the continuum of hormone health.

  • Easing Hormonal Symptoms

The list of symptoms that can accompany hormonal shifts is a long one. It can include physical changes like breast tenderness, hot flashes, disrupted menstrual cycles, decreased or increased libido, and vaginal dryness. Emotional changes like depression and/or anxiety may be part of the experience. What once seemed predictable, like your menstrual cycle or mood, may now feel like a roller coaster.

  • Releasing Limiting Beliefs about What it Means to be a Woman

Through our lived experiences, it is not just the mind that remembers the experience. Your body holds the story, the memory, and the feeling. We develop beliefs based on our history. If the experience stays static in our body, we will build physical and emotional compensatory patterns to work around it.

  • Embracing this New Phase of Your Life

As women, we are regularly transitioning through hormonal phases. Whether it is your menstrual cycle, your pregnancy story, or your peri- & post-menopause, our story shifts and fluctuates to meet our transitionary story. How do you want to meet yourself in this present moment? What do you want for yourself? How can you reach your greatest good?

  • Menopause is one point in a continuum of life stages for women and marks the end of their reproductive years. ‘Perimenopause’ refers to the period from when these signs are first observed and ends one year after the final menstrual period.
