Appointment rescheduling & late cancellation —

Rescheduling appointments within 24 hours of the appointment is free. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will incur the total cost of the scheduled appointment. If you arrive late for your appointment, your session will end at the scheduled time. Regardless of the length of the session, you will pay the full fee. 

Illness —

If you feel sick, do not come to the Stillpoint office. You can either reschedule your appointment to a later date or change it to a virtual appointment. The office follows the current COVID-19 safety procedures for cleaning and sanitizing. If you have had COVID or another contagious illness, please do not come to the office until you are fully recovered (either after day ten or after two negative tests 48 hours apart).

Health intake form —

All new & existing clients must complete a health intake form before their first appointment since the pandemic.

Insurance —

Insurance does not cover this type of work. If you would like an invoice with insurance coding to submit to insurance for reimbursement, I am happy to provide it.

Medical savings & spending accounts —

Clients can use their health savings and flexible spending dollars to pay for sessions.
